Payment -
Payment is required at time of purchase. We prefer PayPal, however, if you'd like another form of payment, please contact us.
Shipping -
We ship via UPS, so the requirement is that it must not be a Post Office Box. Please convo us with questions about shipping.
All shipments will go UPS Ground, unless you request otherwise. Most shipments can get anywhere in the continental United States within 3-5 business days, however, sometimes it may take longer, depending on where you are located. Convo us with any questions or concerns about shipping. We are happy to expedite UPS shipping for an additional fee.
Shipping rates are for the continental United States only. Additional fees may be incurred for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. Please request a shipping quote prior to your purchase if you live in any of these areas. Thank you.
Refunds & Exchanges -
All printing will be completed AFTER the purchaser has given their approval to a proof. As such, we do not offer returns on custom printed materials. Please convo us with any questions.
Design is Free with Purchase, however, if you decide to cancel a purchase after we have designed a business card, banner or postcard, and we have documented conversations (either on Etsy or via email) where you have approved, made suggestions, etc... and we have accommodated those requests, we will not offer a refund.
